Just did a detailed exploration of all lounges at Delhi T3. Here's my review:

Domestic Departure

ITC Green Lounge

Cards accepted: Most premium cards (Infinia, Diners Black, Amex Plat)

Food: 7/10 - Good variety, fresh

Seating: 8/10 - Comfortable, not too crowded

WiFi: Fast

Plaza Premium

Cards: Priority Pass, most Visa/MC premium

Food: 6/10 - Basic but decent

Seating: 6/10 - Gets crowded during peak hours

My Recommendation

ITC Green Lounge > Plaza Premium > Travel Club

Agreed on ITC. But Plaza Premium has better working spaces if you need to get work done.
